This form should only be used for safeguarding concerns
Safeguarding is about protecting those who might be at risk of harm. This includes:
- Children (under 16),
- Young people (aged 16 to 18, still legally considered children),
- Adults at risk (over 18 who need care and support and can't protect themselves),
- Adults in vulnerable situations (any adult who may be at risk due to personal circumstances or specific events).
Concerns can include things like physical, sexual, or emotional abuse, neglect, bullying, or exploitation. They can also come from situations where someone isn’t properly supervised, doesn’t have their basic needs met, or is exposed to danger.
