You have chosen to make a named disclosure of a personal experience or share details on behalf of someone else. What happens next?
When you choose to disclose your experience this is an informal step that doesn't automatically trigger an investigation or disciplinary action, but it does mean you will be contacted following your form submission.
Additionally, you can share details (as a third party) citing the experience of others. This sharing option generally aligns with teaching roles, placement providers, wider members of the University, as well as visitors. The principles of post form submission contact apply when also sharing on behalf of others.
A Report and Support submission will not formally begin a complaints process. Further information about the Complaints and Code of Conduct policies and procedures can be found on the Student policies and regulations page of our website.
Any information you provide will remain confidential unless we have a serious and immediate concern for your safety or welfare or that of another person.
